Refund policy

Most of the pieces we have are only one in stock. 

Note that pearl blemishes, surface irregularities like pits, bumps, circles or chalky spots, are signs of authenticity of the pearl.  Perfectly smooth or identical surfaces indicate artificial pearls.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, EXCEPT in cases of defective or damaged products received by the customer or if the wrong item was sent.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item.
